INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium Ampalaya, cut into half moons
- 1 can Corned Beef
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 large tomato
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil
PROCEDURE
- Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, and corned beef in a large pan with Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil.
- Add the ampalaya and water. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the beaten eggs. Cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer on a serving plate. Serve while hot.
