Ginisang Ampalaya with Corned Beef and Egg

  • 1 medium Ampalaya, cut into half moons
  • 1 can Corned Beef
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil


  1. Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, and corned beef in a large pan with Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil.
  2. Add the ampalaya and water. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the beaten eggs. Cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer on a serving plate. Serve while hot.
