INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans Sardines
- 1 pack Pancit Canton Noodles
- 1 large Carrots, sliced into strips
- 1 small Cabbage, cut into strips
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Water
- Pepper, to taste
- Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil
FOR GARNISH
PROCEDURE
- Heat Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil in a wok. Sauté garlic and onion.
- Add carrots and cabbage. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables starts to soften.
- Add the sardines and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the water. Add pepper to taste.
- Add the pancit canton noodles. Cook for 5-10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- Transfer on a serving plate. Serve.
