Zesty Pancit Canton with Sardines

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans Sardines
  • 1 pack Pancit Canton Noodles
  • 1 large Carrots, sliced into strips
  • 1 small Cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Water
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil

FOR GARNISH

  • Lemon
  • Basil

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil in a wok. Sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add carrots and cabbage. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables starts to soften.
  3. Add the sardines and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the water. Add pepper to taste.
  5. Add the pancit canton noodles. Cook for 5-10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  6. Transfer on a serving plate. Serve.
