INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Squid
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 2 pieces Chili (Siling Labuyo), minced (add more if prefer)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Calamansi
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
- Pepper, to taste
- Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil
PROCEDURE
- Heat Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil in a large fry pan.
- Sauté garlic and tomato for about 2 minutes.
- Add the squid, pepper, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, calamansi, chili, and salt if needed. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes until the squid is tender.
- Remove from the pan and transfer into a serving plate.
