In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, green onion, eggs, salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons Baguio Canola Oil in a large pan. Pour egg mixture, try to make it as a square shape. Cook until bottom is cooked. Cut egg omelet into half, and flip over. Cook until fully cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry the ham slices. Cook until golden brown. Set aside.
Toast the bread both sides. Cook until golden brown. Set aside.
Transfer the bread on a plate and sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar then place egg omelet. Place the ham, cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise on top. Cover with another sliced of toasted bread. Repeat with the rest of ingredients and enjoy!
