WHAT YOU NEED
- Season the shrimps with calamansi, salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and mix the shrimps w/ egg white and rice flour.
- Heat BAGUIO OIL in a pan, deep fry the shrimps until golden brown
SALTED EGG SAUCE:
- Heat the pan, add BAGUIO OIL, add butter and sauté white onion, garlic, chilli flakes, white sugar, cooking cream, salted egg powder simmer until thicken add then toss the crispy shrimps until coated.
- Serve in plate, top with crispy curry leaves.
