Salted Egg Crispy Shrimps

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 300g medium size shrimp; peeled, deveined
  • 1 cup of egg white      
  • 50g of rice flour      
  • 200g salted egg chicken powder  
  • 1/2 cup of cooking cream    
  • 35g of white sugar      
  • 3 cloves of garlic; minced
  • 30g of white onion;chopped   
  • 5g red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbs of calamansi
  • salt and pepper
  • 30g chicken powder
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 3g fresh curry leaves
  • BAGUIO PURE VEG. OIL / ORCHIDS BRAND VEG. OIL

PROCEDURE

  1. Season the shrimps with calamansi, salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and mix the shrimps w/ egg white and rice flour.
  2. Heat BAGUIO OIL in a pan, deep fry the shrimps until golden brown

SALTED EGG SAUCE:

  1. Heat the pan, add BAGUIO OIL, add butter and sauté white onion, garlic, chilli flakes, white sugar, cooking cream, salted egg powder simmer until thicken add then toss the crispy shrimps until coated.
  2. Serve in plate, top with crispy curry leaves.
