INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons Baguio Pure Coconut Oil
- 250 grams Gnocchi or any pasta you like
- 200 grams Bacon
- 3 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Lemon
- 4 cups Fresh Spinach
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
PROCEDURE
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water with 2 tablespoons Baguio Pure Coconut Oil until al dente. Drain. Set aside.
- In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons Baguio Pure Coconut Oil. Sauté the bacon until it is brown and crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the diced onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions is translucent and garlic is lightly browned.
- Add the heavy cream, lemon, and cook pasta to the skillet. Mix well.
- Add the spinach and bacon. Stir until well incorporated.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle the parmesan and bacon bits on top of the pasta! Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve.
