Spinach and Bacon Pasta

  • 4 tablespoons Baguio Pure Coconut Oil
  • 250 grams Gnocchi or any pasta you like
  • 200 grams Bacon
  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water with 2 tablespoons Baguio Pure Coconut Oil until al dente. Drain. Set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons Baguio Pure Coconut Oil. Sauté the bacon until it is brown and crispy. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the diced onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions is translucent and garlic is lightly browned.
  4. Add the heavy cream, lemon, and cook pasta to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Add the spinach and bacon. Stir until well incorporated.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle the parmesan and bacon bits on top of the pasta! Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve.
