Canned Tuna Sisig

  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper, minced
  • 1 piece Chili Pepper, chopped
  • 1 piece large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Calamansi
  • Pepper, to taste Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil


  1. Drain the canned tuna.
  2. Heat Baguio Orchids Brand Vegetable Oil in a pan. Sauté the canned tuna. Add garlic, onion, and red bell pepper. Season with soy sauce, calamansi, and sugar. Add pepper to taste.
  3. Add chili pepper.
  4. Transfer on a sizzling plate or any serving plate. Serve.
